डिजिटल डेस्क।  सोशल मीडिया साइट इंस्टाग्राम (Instagram) ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि लोगों को थर्ड पार्टी की वेबसाइटों या प्लेटफार्म्स पर अन्य इंस्टाग्राम यूजर्स की एम्बेडेड पिक्चर्स का उपयोग करने के लिए अनुमति की आवश्यकता होगी। इसका मतलब यह कि यदि कोई इंस्टाग्राम यूजर किसी अन्य इंस्टाग्राम पोस्ट को किसी अन्य वेबसाइट पर एम्बेड करना चाहता है, तो उसे कॉपीराइट लाइसेंस के लिए व्यक्ति से पूछना होगा।  यदि वह बिना इजाजत लिए एम्बेडेड तस्वीरों दूसरी साइड पर डालता है तो यह कॉपीराइट के मुकदमे के अधीन हो सकता है। आर्स टेक्नीका की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, फेसबुक (Facebook) के स्वामित्व वाला प्लेटफॉर्म यूजर्स को अन्य वेबसाइटों पर एम्बेडेड इमेज को डिस्प्ले करने के लिए कॉपीराइट लाइसेंस प्रदान नहीं करेगा। अब तक यूजर्स का मानना है कि इमेज को सीधे होस्ट करने के बजाय उन्हें एम्बेड करना कॉपीराइट दावों के खिलाफ इन्सुलेशन प्रदान करता है। फेसबुक कंपनी के एक प्रवक्ता ने रिपोर्ट के हवाले से कहा, जबकि हमारी शर्तें हमें सब-लाइसेंस प्रदान करने की अनुमति देती हैं, लेकिन हम अपने एम्बेड्स एपीआई के लिए ग्रांट नहीं
